At Mitzi, we want you to love your lighting; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all fixtures are in their original packaging and have not been installed to remain eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print and attach it to the original shipping carton.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Deliver your securely sealed package to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off location to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
